Chris put in a marathon recording session this past Tuesday and got all the guitar parts for our next song, Next Time Around, done. We had planned to spend much of the week on those parts, but in an unexpected turn of events, things went much better than planned (not that we’re complaining). We had a solid rehearsal tonight and continued work on I, Awake, and tried out a couple ideas Kevin had for drums in Next Time Around. We should be recording the drums and bass for that song in the next few weeks, while Chris composes and practices keyboard parts.
