Last night’s rehearsal saw the band pretty much finalizing the patches and keyboard parts for Next Time Around. Steve hopes to get most of the keyboards recorded in the coming week.

Work also continued on I, Awake. We worked our way past the halfway point of the opening section (where there is a change in feel), which is what we had hoped to accomplish. We also got the chance to actually play through and practice all the parts we’ve written over the past several weeks. Now that Next Time Around is more or less done we should be able to focus all our efforts on this last song.
