Good news! The mixing for the next Falling Edge album has been completed (and only slightly behind schedule, due to the obligatory unexpected setbacks). The tracks can now be sent out to be mastered, during which time the artwork will also be completed. I’m anticipating a release within the next month. In the meantime, keep your ears peeled for a special unmastered sneak listen of a soon-to-be-released track.

It’s been a busy few weeks, but I’ve finally gotten all of the recording done for all the songs on the new album. Shortly after Rob finished his drum parts I began working on keyboards, moving to vocals for the last 2 songs, and ending a couple days ago with the last electric guitar parts on Moments of Truth.
Although all the recording is now complete, the tracks still need to be mixed and mastered, and artwork needs to be arranged and settled, but I’m fairly confident that the new album will be ready for release by summer’s end.

Just taking a short break from practicing here to let everyone know that I finished recording all the acoustic guitar parts for Experience/Innocence and Moments of Truth last week. I also got the keyboard parts recorded for Experience/Innocence and have been working on the keyboards for Moments of Truth for the past several days. I’m hoping to get at least part of those recorded by the end of the week and possibly the vocals for at least one of the 2 songs as well.
