The band spent this week at rehearsal working through Sex for Sale, The Lost Journal, and  Minstrel in the Corner. As mentioned in our last post, these songs are pretty much done, and now it’s really a matter of playing through the songs and listening for any improvements that can be made. Often, just the act of playing a song spurs some ideas for different arrangements or parts, so we’ll keep working through these until we’re satisfied that we’ve got the best possible rendition of the song. The Lost Journal in particular is very close to being done, with just a couple of kinks to work out, and we’re confident that the same will be true for the other 2 songs in a few weeks.
