Now that Final Dissent (Into Madness?) has been released, it’s about time to start working on the next album. I began work on another song Monday morning, and things are moving along now. It took such a long time to release the last one that it’s been quite a while since I’ve written anything more than a few riffs here and there. It feels good to get back into writing complete songs again.

AT LAST!!!!
The mixing and mastering for the new Falling Edge album Final Dissent…Into Madness has been completed. The mixing of the title track, which many of you know by now is over 27 minutes long, was an enormous undertaking, but everything is finally finished and sounds great.
I’m currently working on the CD cover art, which is going quite well, so we’re expecting an album release sometime in the next month or so.
Won’t be long now…

Rob and I finally got all of the harmony vocals for Final Dissent recorded, a feat we accomplished over several hours last Friday. With all of the recording finally completed, I’ll be focusing entirely on mixing and mastering this and all the other songs on the new album. I’ve probably said it before, but there really is light at the end of the tunnel now.
We’d like to thank everyone for their patience while we worked on this mammoth project.
